The Hidden

Since the Veil came down and the walls between Three Folds of the World became harder to traverse many creature were cut off from the world. For whatever reason some occasionally are born into the world of man in human form, unaware of there true selves. Even in the Empowered community they tend to be missed at first, a Hidden phoenix may seem to be a fire controller at first... until the first time they self immolate and are reborn. Since the Hidden usually have multiple powers they tend to be less powerful with each power than a more focused power. As with the phoenix example they would be less potent and controlled than a full fire controller, but this is weighed out by other perks such as rebirth, flight, talons, a complete alternate form, etc. There are many types of Hidden such as Undead, Chimeric, Fey, and so on. Many have their own societies and such, with the Fey Courts being the largest with even many non-Fey members. Some Hidden are raised with the knowledge of their true nature.
